DiSC is one of the most widely used psychometric tools in the world. It is a scientifically validated tool that identifies behavioural style by measuring attributes, personal qualities and aspects of personality.

DiSC is an acronym for the four behavioural styles:

  • Dominance – direct, results-oriented, strong-willed and forceful.
  • Influence – outgoing, enthusiastic, optimistic and lively.
  • Steadiness – even-tempered, accommodating, patient and humble.
  • Conscientiousness – analytical, reserved, precise and systematic.

The DISC Workplace Profiling session is a half-day session (approximately 3.5 hours depending on group size) on the topic of Emotional Intelligence. Throughout this session, participants will discover the behavioural profiling tool DiSC and learn strategies to build effective and productive workplace relationships.
